What is SCOREX?+
SCOREX is browser-based software that brings the management scorecard, the weekly management meeting and action tracking together. Indicators are entered daily, month- and year-to-date results are calculated by rule, the scorecard is shown in green / yellow / red; the meeting runs on a fixed agenda on the scorecard and decisions are tracked as actions.
How are the colours determined?+
Green: the result is on target. Yellow: below target but improving on the previous period. Red: below target; no data also counts as red. Each indicator has a direction (higher is better / lower is better); the comparison uses the exact value.
How are period results calculated?+
For sum indicators (tonnes, counts, hours) the days are added up and the target is weekly target / 7 × days. For average indicators (ratios, %, days) the days with data are averaged; production-related ratios are weighted by output. Ratio indicators use period totals, monthly indicators use completed months. Month- and year-to-date targets are prorated to the report date.
Who enters the data, and how?+
Indicators are grouped by data owner; each owner enters daily values on their own page (one value per week is also valid). Alternatively, an Excel template for a date range is downloaded, filled in and uploaded after approval in the preview. Calculated indicators are not entered; they are derived automatically.
What happens to wrongly entered data?+
Negative values, percentages over 100, future dates and duplicate rows in a file are rejected; a value that deviates clearly from the last 28 days is flagged. Every value change is logged as who / when / old → new, and an Excel upload can be undone in one click. Closed periods are locked; the lock can be opened for a limited time to correct.
How does the weekly management meeting work?+
Each meeting opens with eight fixed agenda blocks, each with its duration, owner and rule, with the related indicators shown in colour inside the block. Notes and decisions go into the block, actions open straight from it, and open actions from earlier meetings are followed up on the same page. The minutes download as Excel.
Which indicators does it come with?+
The sample indicator set defines 125 indicators (79 entered, 46 calculated) across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, people and culture, casthouse, rolling mill and demand–supply, based on the indicators of a metal production site. Let's discuss your own indicator set in the demo call.
How do users and permissions work?+
There are three roles: Super Admin, Admin and User. Data changes, targets, Excel and settings belong to Admin; User views the scorecard, meetings and actions. The password is changed at first login, repeated failed attempts lock the account temporarily, and changes are written to an activity log.
What language is the application in?+
The SCOREX interface is in Turkish, English, German and French; the language can be switched on any screen, and indicator names and abbreviations follow it. Notes, decisions and actions you write stay in the language they were entered in.
Which license models are available? What are the prices?+
Monthly subscription, annual subscription, purchase (perpetual license) and a project license for Grupas projects. Pricing depends on the license model and the number of users — contact us through the demo / quote form.
Does it need installation?+
No. SCOREX runs in the browser; a separate environment and a separate database are prepared by Grupas for each customer.
